Proper Grading Practices Protect Your Investments
As equestrians we understand your needs. Barn pads, round pens, trails and bridal paths, cross country course grading, all types of arenas and anything else that you may want.
We grade our arenas at exactly 2%; this allows all the water to shed off at the perfect drainage. We can spread your sand at 2.5 inches, exactly. This is done with a unique device that is exclusive to California Custom Arenas.
With this device we are able to significantly reduce time spent perfecting the depth of the footing and thereby reducing the cost of spreading the sand. This savings is passed on to our customers in lower-than-average pricing. Perhaps you would like more than 2.5 inches of sand, or maybe less…just let us know and we can make arrangements to attain the exact depth of footing that you require.
