Not long ago BLT Grading completed a very complicated grading project for us. Todd Freistat completed the job for us quickly and well with in his proposed cost, leaving us with a product that not only passed inspection without issue, but had the following tradesmen commenting on the good quality of the work.
Our project had difficult space constraints, unusual timing issues, access and egress challenges, and to top it all off our material was primarily rock. We interviewed 7 other grading contractors before meeting Todd. His solutions to our dilemmas were innovative, practical, and cost effective.
